She graduated from Istanbul Kültür University in 2013. Büşra Tansu Ümit, who has been working as a lawyer since the beginning of her career, currently provides consultancy services in the field of production and marketing within the scope of labor law and KVKK (The Law on Protection of Personal Data). She works in the fields of lawsuit and dispute resolution, labor law, commercial law, law of industrial property, law of intellectual property, trademark and patent law, consumer law, law of contracts, criminal law and cyber crimes. She provides legal consultancy services on matters such as following of all disputes, preparation and examination of contracts, risk analysis and management of the termination process especially in the field of labor and social security law.

She has a mediator certificate in the field of alternative disputes. Experienced in drafting, reviewing and negotiating commercial contracts. She continues to provide legal consultancy services to domestic and foreign companies in the fields of legal due diligence, mergers and acquisitions, corporate law and contract law, and works for lawsuit and dispute resolution and as a Composition Trustee. She is also involved in the follow-up and management of the restructuring process. She is registered at the Istanbul Bar Association and speaks Turkish and English.
